We apply traditional Japanese matcha techniques to yaupon, North America’s “native tea,” to craft our yaupon matcha. The result is a finely ground powder made from whole-leaf yaupon that's ready to dissolve in hot or cold beverages, smoothies, ice creams, baked treats, and more.

When you add yaupon matcha powder to a liquid or use it in a recipe, you're getting an impressive dose of healthy antioxidants, polyphenols, and theobromine, plus moderate amounts of energizing caffeine. How does it stack up to other superfoods?
